In Dutch: Deponeringen    

This product shows all the deposits that the company made with the Chamber of Commerce. This product contains mainly the deposit dates and places of the companies annual accounts.   

But you can also find the dates at which a liability declaration was deposited with the chamber of commerce and trace the liable mother of a company. This liable mother will deposit the annual account on behalf of the company. Another possibility is that the company is a liable mother itself. This is also visible in the product "Deponeringen".

Other things that you may find in this product are notifications of mergers or split-ups, notifications of reducing or increasing capital of the company, notifications that the company will not deposit its annual account (because of certain legal reasons), etc.  

Costs
Viewing the deposits of a company costs € 2.50. In combination with the history and/or the extract ("Uittreksel-Inzien") of the same company on the same day, the deposits are free of charge.
