Foreign companies

In the Netherlands there may be some companies which have a 'foreign sounding' legal entity, although the company is registered in the Netherlands. The most common of these are terms such as 'Limited' and 'Delaware Corporation'. What rules apply to foreign companies in the Netherlands?
