Forms to register a branch

Here you can download the forms to register a branch in case activities are carried out in other places than the main office.

Company branch (with commercial activities) (form 9) 
Branch (without commercial activities) of a legal entity (form 9a)

After filling out the form on screen it is possible to print the form in two languages. A special feature in this document automatically creates an English form followed by a Dutch form. Although you only use the English form to fill out, the printed version is in both languages. Remember that only the Dutch part of the form can be signed and must be used by the Chamber of Commerce. The English part of the form can be kept for your administration.

Please note that due to increased security measures, in many cases it is necessary to personally bring the form to the chamber of commerce! Only for some minor changes, it is possible to send the form by mail of fax. Look on each form for specific instructions.
