Accessing the Business Register

In the Business Register, you can look up businesses (in Dutch), retrieve company information, and order company products. 

You can order a certificate (paper or digital) via the KVK website and pay with iDEAL or your credit card. To order other company products, you need an access code. 

Request an access code 

I lost or forgot my access code or password 

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it (in Dutch). You can only retrieve your password if you have set up a safety question. 

You cannot retrieve your access code for safety reasons. If you forget or lose your access code, you can request a new access code. 

My account 

In your account (in Dutch), you can view your credit balance, download ordered products, and change your settings.
