Depending on the product in question, the following terms of use applied to agreements predating 1 January 2021:

For agreements concluded after 1 January 2021, the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK) uses the Terms of Use for Provision and Use of Business Register Data.
Supplementary terms and conditions apply to large-scale use or reuse of Business Register data that provide rules on own use, reuse, and passing on. These supplementary terms and conditions are included in an appendix to the Terms of Use (titled “Terms and Conditions for Permission to use Business Register Data as defined in the Databases Act"). We have also written notes to these supplementary terms and conditions.
