Form termination LEI

When expires the LEI or is the LEI terminated?

1. If the legal form is changed including a change in KVK number. The LEI is linked to a legal entity, when changing the legal form resulting in a change of the KVK number in the Business Register as well, the new legal form has to apply a new LEI.
2. If the payment deadline is exceeded (after a reminder and final notice).
3. If the legal entity is dissolved from the Business Register
4. By filling out and submitting the form below. Please note that only an employee of the organization is authorized to order the termination of the LEI registration.
