Go to My sole proprietorship and log in with DigiD. Choose your sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) to view your data easily and for free. The data that you view online corresponds to the data as shown on the extract of the Business Register.
Instantly view, check, and change details
You will see all public data as can be found on the extract of the Business Register. This way, you can immediately check whether the information of your sole proprietorship is still up to date. If you want to change the data, you can do that right away. Please note: the effective date of the change is always the date of submission of the change. If you want to report a change for a different effective date, in the past or in the future, use the online change portal (in Dutch).
Easily order an extract from the Business Register
Do you need a certified extract of your current registration? You can order this directly from the overview of your company. Have you changed your company details? Then you can order a certified extract with the new data from your company overview after the change has been processed.
Changes that you cannot yet report via My sole proprietorship
You cannot yet submit the following changes via My sole proprietorship: register or deregister an authorised representative, change the details of an existing authorised representative (including title, name, address, suspension), register or close a branch office, close or transfer your sole proprietorship, change data of the branches (in case of multiple branches), change the number of employees, and change the message box name. If you want to report 1 of these changes, use the online change portal (in Dutch).

If you do not have a DigiD, you can report a change in your company details or the closure of your sole proprietorship via:

Frequently asked questions about My sole proprietorship
With 'My sole proprietorship' (Mijn eenmanszaak) you can quickly check whether the details of your company in the Business Register is still correct. Is the data incorrect? Then you can immediately report a change. Click on 'change data' (gegevens bewerken) and follow the steps to report the change in data to us.
Viewing data via 'My sole proprietorship' is currently only available for sole proprietorships. In the future, you will also be able to view the data of other legal forms via our website, such as general partnerships, associations, or foundations.
Yes, if you want to change data after seeing the overview in My sole proprietorship, click on 'change data' (gegevens bewerken). You simply go through the steps to notify us of the change.
Please note: the effective date of the change is always the date of submission of the change. If you want to report a change for a different effective date, in the past or in the future, use the online change portal (in Dutch).DigiD is required to unambiguously establish your identity. This way, we can be sure that only authorised persons have free access to their own KVK data.
Apply for a DigiD. This requires a citizen service number (BSN) and Dutch nationality or the nationality of another country from the European Economic Area (EEA).

Do you not meet the above requirements? Then you cannot view your own data. Do you still want to check your data? Call our Business Register information number: 0900 123 45 67 (€0.70 per minute). You can also request a KVK extract.
To view the non-public details of your KVK number, please go to one of our offices. You must identify yourself personally with a valid ID. You do not need to make an appointment for this. After checking your proof of identity, we will process the request. You will then receive the overview of the data by post.
