The annual plan has 4 sections:

Multi-year strategy Route28

Route28 is based on KVK's social value and our ambition to continuously improve it. In the annual plan, you can read for each strategic task a brief review of 2025 and the ambitions for 2026.

Implementation of laws and regulations

In 2025, we focussed on the implementation of laws and regulations. In 2026, we will continue to work on a number of important legislative projects, such as the realisation of the anti-money laundering package and the EU Company Law Directive.

Government-wide social tasks

Dutch government bodies are working together on a number of social tasks. Based on 4 themes, the annual plan describes how KVK intends to contribute to these tasks in 2026: (1) information management and disclosure, (2) diversity, equality, and inclusion, (3) sustainable business operations, and (4) agility and resilience.

9 KVK goals

In 2026, we will continue to work on integrated guidance and clear prioritisation. The 9 KVK goals and associated KPIs are described in the annual plan.
