- Open government act
Due to the nature of their work, current or former employees of the Customs Administration of the Netherlands may be confronted with intimidation, violence, or other threatening situations. In the event of such a foreseeable threat, employees can shield the visiting address of their company or legal entity (with the exception of BVs and NVs) in the Business Register. A condition of this is that the Customs Administration of the Netherlands has agreed on shielding criteria with KVK. These agreements are set out in a covenant. The covenant is only available in Dutch.
