You use the UBO document if there is no evidence showing the interest of the UBO in a VOF, CV, maatschap, European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG), or rederij.
Submit information about an UBO online
Is the VOF, CV, maatschap, EEIG, or rederij registered in the Business Register? Then you can report ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) online at kvk.nl/en/ubo.
Why use this form?
You use the UBO document if there is no evidence showing the interest of the UBO in a VOF, CV, maatschap, EEIG, or rederij. This is the case if a UBO is entitled to the assets or is the holder of voting rights, but this has not been set out on paper.
You can read more about UBOs of a VOF, CV, maatschap, EEIG, or rederij at Form 32.
Please note: the Dutch UBO document form has recently been updated. A new version of the English form will be available soon.
Make an appointment or send by post
Add 1 or more UBO documents to Form 32 for reporting UBOs of a VOF, CV, maatschap, EEIG, or rederij. There you will find out whether you can send the form or if you need to make an appointment.
Digital mail from KVK
Do you prefer to receive mail from KVK digitally? Then sign up for the Message Box for businesses. This is a secure e-mail system between entrepreneurs and the government. You need a KVK number to apply for a Message Box.
A UBO can receive mail from KVK digitally in the Message Box for private individuals via MijnOverheid.
