Service providers offer their clients Business Register products directly from the KVK Business Register. The details of the agreements between KVK and service providers can be found in the general terms and conditions for service providers on this page.
The parties who accept the conditions and have an agreement with us can be found in the list of Recognised Service Providers.Â

Not a recognised KVK partner, but you do supply data to customers?
Are you not a recognised KVK partner but you do supply Business Register data to others? If so, KVK cannot guarantee that your clients will receive up-to-date information on which they can legally rely. So we recommend that you become a recognised KVK partner.
