On this page, you will find the current processing times for changes to the Business Register and the UBO register.

How quickly we process your change depends on how you communicate it to us. A change you submit online will be processed faster than a change by post. Follow the progress of your online change in My KVK.
Change is incorrect
We will contact you if the change is incorrect.
A change for a date in the future
Do you submit a change with an effective date in the future? Then you will only see the change in the Business Register on that date.
For the UBO register, you cannot submit changes with an effective date in the future.
Confirmation
Confirmation by letter
You usually receive a confirmation letter when all changes have been processed.
Digital confirmation
Do you have a Message for businesses? Then you will receive the letter from the Business Register there.
Do you have a Message Box (for private individuals)? Then you will receive the letter from the UBO register there.
This is only the letter about your personal UBO registration, change, or deregistration.
Confirmation by email
Do you make the change online? Then you will also receive a confirmation via email.

Statements
For example, regarding:
- The filing of a merger proposal or confirmation that the merger proposal has been available for inspection at KVK for one month.
- The filing of accounts and statements or confirmation that the accounts and statements have been available for inspection at KVK for two months.
- Confirmation that a company or person is not bankrupt.
