On this page, you will find the current processing times for changes to the Business Register and the UBO register.

How quickly we process your change depends on how you communicate it to us. A change you submit online will be processed faster than a change by post. Follow the progress of your online change in My KVK.
Change is incorrect
We will contact you if the change is incorrect.
A change for a date in the future
Do you submit a change with an effective date in the future? Then you will only see the change in the Business Register on that date.
For the UBO register, you cannot submit changes with an effective date in the future.
Confirmation
After your change has been processed in the Business Register, you will receive official confirmation by letter, or digitally via your Message account. Did you make the change online? Then you will receive confirmation by email.
