Registering an official for other legal forms

How to register a new official or authorised representative for a European Economic Interest Group (EEIG) or other private legal entities, such as a ‘gilde’ (guild) or ‘rederij’ (shipping company).
1. Download the form
For the EESV
Form 20: ‘Registration form for a European Economic Interest Group’
Form 21: ‘Registration form for a director of a European Economic Interest Group’
Form 13: ‘Registration form for an authorised representative '
For other private legal entities
Form 29: 'Registration form for officials for other private legal entities’
Form 13: ‘Registration form for an authorised representative'
2. Complete the form and send it to KVK
- The form states who is authorised to sign the form and which supporting documents you may need to enclose.
- Send the form, with a copy of a valid ID belonging to the signatory, to one of KVK’s mailing addresses.
- You do not need to schedule an appointment with KVK.

The change is not correct
If the information you provide is not correct, we will contact you.
Changes for a date in the future
Are you submitting a change for a future date? Then you will only see the change in the Business Register on that date. For the UBO register, you cannot submit changes with an effective date in the future.
Confirmation
After your change has been processed in the Business Register and/or UBO register, you will receive confirmation by letter, or digitally via your Message account. Are you submitting the change online? Then you will also receive confirmation by email.
