Does one of the following situations apply?
- You have received post at your address, intended for a company that is not established here.
- You receive post back that you have sent to an organisation.
- You notice that a company to which you are sending post is no longer established at the location known to you, for example because the premises are vacant.
If so, please report this via the (Dutch-language)Â notification form. This will help us to keep the Business Register up to date.

If it is mail with your address on it but with a different name, you can return the mail to the sender. You cross out the address on the envelope and write on the envelope: 'addressee unknown at this address'. Incorrectly delivered mail (wrong name, wrong address) can be put in the mailbox at the correct address or put back in the mail. If it concerns a different zip code, it is useful to scratch the barcode with the zip code in it, otherwise there is a good chance that you will receive the mail again.
