Are your details still correct?

It is important that your details are correct in the Business Register. Customers, banks and insurers check these details to assess your business.

Why is it important that your details are correct?

1. You don't want to miss any assignments

Many SBI codes have changed. So check whether the description of your activities is still correct. If you have the wrong SBI code, it could cost you an assignment.

2. You want to apply for a permit or subsidy

Government organisations check your details in the Business Register when you apply for a subsidy or permit. If your information is not correct, your business might not qualify.

3. You want to be able to borrow money

Banks and other organisations use the information in the Business Register to approve your application for a loan, lease contract, or mortgage.

Four in ten business owners rarely or never check their own company details in the Business Register.
