Can you have 2 eenmanszaken if you have more than one business activity? No, you cannot. In this video, Max and Lisanne explain why not in one minute.

In this video, KVK presenters Max and Lisanne explain in one minute that you can only register one eenmanszaak with the KVK. But that does not mean you are only allowed to carry out one business activity.

In your KVK registration, you can:

  • add additional business activities
  • register more business names
  • include additional business addresses

If you really do want to start a separate business, you can opt for a different legal form, such as a BV (private limited company). Always discuss this with your accountant first, as it may have implications for tax and other matters.
