Competition complaint

The Chamber of Commerce KVK has a competition complaints procedure. This describes how KVK handles competition complaints. A competition complaint can only be submitted in writing (by post) and must in any case contain the following elements:

  • name and address of the applicant
  • date
  • substantiation of the competition complaint
  • signature
