A supplier's declaration is used as proof for EUR.1 certificates. This allows you to pay less import duty. Your customers will often ask you for this document when applying for certificates from KVK. Or when they fill in an invoice declaration themselves. Use the explanation in the video to fill in supplier's declarations correctly. This will prevent your customer from having to pay import duty afterwards and you and your customer from running the risk of a fine.
The rules for preferential origin are complex and often differ from country to country. As a result, supplier's declarations are not always completed correctly. Read more about the use of a supplier's declaration in the article Supplier's declaration2015/2447.
