Digital Government Information Points

If you are looking for help and information, visit an Informatiepunt Digitale Overheid (in Dutch). The Digital Government Information Points (IDO) offer free support for everyone. For questions about benefits and taxes, for example, or if you need help using a computer. IDO staff refer difficult and personal questions to cooperating partners in their local network. IPOs can mainly be found in local libraries, but also increasingly in other places, such as community centres.

Municipality and province

Many provinces and municipalities (in Dutch) offer help to entrepreneurs in their region. Check the website of the municipality or province where your business is located to see what they offer.

Advice about customer acquisition in your region

Several partners in the regions organise networking meetings, training courses, and advice on finding clients and assignments. See where to go in your region.

The KVK Ondernemerspleinen locations bring together various institutions and organisations in one place to help you do business. We also regularly organise events. Make an appointment and get answers to your questions.

Netherlands Tax Administration

If you have questions about tax matters or benefits, you can visit a Tax Administration support office in your area (in Dutch). You can usually make an appointment online to visit an office within 5 working days. You do not need to make an appointment if you only want to hand in some documents.
