Requesting authorisation to order UBO extracts on kvk.nl

To order UBO extracts on kvk.nl, you need eHerkenning and authorisation. You apply for both with the steps in this article.
Good to know: KVK gives a maximum of 5 authorisations per organisation.
1. Apply for eHerkenning level EH4
Go to www.eherkenning.nl/en to apply for level EH4 eHerkenning (eRecognition) for the service “KVK – Opvragen informatie uit registers, niveau hoog” (KVK - Request information from registers, high assurance level). You will receive login details for your personal eHerkenning account.
2. Log in with your personal eHerkenning account
Go to the KVK data sharing page (in Dutch). On the page, we explain that we need to collect your first name, last name, and email address when you login with your personal eHerkenning account. eHerkenning enables KVK to recognise these details. Based on these, you apply for authorisation at step 3.
3. Apply for data authorisation at KVK
Fill in this authorisation form (in Dutch).
Who can sign this form?
There are 2 options:
- A person who is listed in the Business Register as authorised to sign on behalf of your organisation.
- An employee who your organisation has granted official permission to request authorisation on behalf of your organisation previously, through a power of attorney.
Send a request to tg-autorisaties@kvk.nl to receive a link to the Veilige Bestandsuitwisseling (Safe File Transfer, VBU) space.
Have you completed steps 1, 2, and 3 completely? Then you can use the link to the VBU space to upload:
- the signed form,
- proof of authority, and
- a copy of a valid identity document.
Assessment of the authorisation request
As soon as we have received your documents, we will assess your authorisation request. We will let you know when we have processed your request.
We award authorisations by hand. This means it may take a bit longer than you expect. At this time, we can only give 5 authorisations per organisation.
4. Log in to order a UBO extract
Log in and order a UBO extract on kvk.nl/data/bestellen (in Dutch). This page can only be accessed via this direct link.
