Dissolving a company

To dissolve your company, you use one of the forms 17a. Which form you need depends on the legal structure of your company.

Use Form 17a Dissolution of a legal entity to notify KVK and the Business Register that a legal entity has been dissolved. Legal entities are, for example: a besloten vennootschap (bv), coöperatie, onderlinge waarborgmaatschappij, stichting, or vereniging.

Use Form 17a Dissolution of a vof, cv, maatschap, or shipping company to notify KVK and the Business Register that a vennootschap onder firma (vof), commanditaire vennootschap (cv), maatschap, or shipping company has been dissolved.
