To dissolve your company, you fill in a form. Which form you need depends on the legal structure of your company.
Use Form 17a: Registering a dissolution of a legal entity to notify KVK and the Business Register that a legal entity has been dissolved. Legal entities are, for example: a besloten vennootschap (BV), coöperatie, onderlinge waarborgmaatschappij, stichting, or vereniging.
Use Form 17: Reporting a dissolution of a VOF, CV, maatschap, or rederij to notify KVK and the Business Register that a vennootschap onder firma (VOF), commanditaire vennootschap (CV), maatschap, or a rederij has been dissolved.
