What documents do you always need?

Then KVK needs a written statement with the purpose and name of the religious organisation. That statement must be signed by at least two members of the organisation.
  • Proof that the church organisation is allowed to use the address. For example, a copy of a valid lease or proof of ownership from the Land Registry Office (Kadaster). Do you want to register a property as a visiting or postal address and the religious organisation does not own or rent it? Then in some cases you can use a declaration of consent. The religious organisation may not use the address of one of its members as a visiting or mailing address.
