The KVK Ondernemersdagen are held in Jaarbeurs Utrecht, in hall 3 and 4.

You can reach the Jaarbeurs easily by public transport, bicycle, or car. The Jaarbeurs is located directly next to the train station Utrecht. CS. Are you traveling by car? You can use the Jaarbeurs' payed parking lot or park at a P+R and then take the tram.

The KVK Ondernemersdagen take place in halls 3 and 4. The entrance is in hall number 3 (PDF, in Dutch). 

Register for free to attend the event. Please be patient: we will announce the different sessions shortly, and you will then be able to register for them. If you have registered for an entry ticket, we will send you an email as soon as the sessions are online.

Yes, you may bring others with you. Please register these individuals separately so that they can receive their own admission tickets. This will allow them to check in more quickly at the entrance and register for sessions.
 

You do not have to print your ticket. We scan the QR code on your telephone. 

Yes, you can still attend. Checking in at the entrance will take a little longer, though. So, it is more convenient to register in advance. 

Are you unable to attend the KVK Ondernemersdagen? Please unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link in the emails you receive about the KVK Ondernemersdagen.

The presentations are crowded. Want to be sure of a place at your favourite presentation? Then register in time. You can reserve a place for a maximum of two sessions on Friday and three sessions on Saturday. Would you like to attend more sessions or is a session fully booked? Then check on the day whether you can still join the session.

Both days are interesting for everyone. On Friday, slightly more sessions are aimed at entrepreneurs who have already started their business. Saturday's programme is slightly more focused on starting entrepreneurs.

No, you cannot register in the Business Register at the KVK Ondernemersdagen. For information on how to register your business, visit our registration page.

Yes, catering is available. Payment can only be made by debit card, not cash. Water is available free of charge, so please bring your own water bottle.

Yes, there is a free guarded cloakroom for KVK Ondernemersdagen visitors. The cloakroom is not intended for large parcels and bags. Although the cloakroom is guarded, neither the organisation nor the Jaarbeurs is liable if your belongings are lost or damaged. 

Jaarbeurs Utrecht has a public Wi-Fi network you can log onto.

The Jaarbeurs has special facilities to accommodate persons with disabilities.  

• There is plenty of space for disabled parking card holders at P4 (PDF in Dutch. Navigate to: Truus van Lierlaan, Utrecht). Please note that the pass holder of the parking card must be present.
• Wheelchair-accessible toilets are available at every exhibition and conference location.
• Some wheelchairs are available at the first aid post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make reservations. Do you have your own wheelchair? Then we recommend bringing it with you, if you can.
• Leashed assistance dogs are welcome.
