Send a complaint by post

We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with our services. We want to find out more so we can solve the problem with you. To submit a complaint, you can use KVK's online form or send a written complaint. A written complaint must be sent by post and must contain at least the following information:

  • your name and address
  • the date
  • information about the complaint
  • your signature
