Submitting a complaint about the behaviour of a KVK employee

KVK has a complaints procedure. This describes the procedure for handling complaints concerning the behaviour of one of our employees. Such a complaint can only be submitted in writing (by post) and must in any case contain the following elements:

  • Name and address of the applicant
  • Date
  • Substantiation of the complaint
  • Signature
