Did you want to make, view, change, or cancel an appointment and were you logged out? See which situation applies to you to determine how to proceed:

  • Not sure if you have already made an appointment? Then check your email (including your spam box) to see if you have an appointment confirmation. Did you not receive a confirmation email? Then you did not succeed in making an appointment. Make an appointment.
  • Were you viewing your appointment details and do you want to check them again? In your inbox you will find an email with the appointment confirmation. It contains a link to view your appointment details.
  • Did you want to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment? In your inbox, you will find an email with the appointment confirmation. It contains a link you can use to cancel or reschedule your current appointment. Are you unsure whether you have changed or cancelled your appointment? If you change or cancel your original appointment, you will always receive a separate confirmation email. If you are in doubt, check your email (including your spam box) to see if you have a new confirmation email.
