Log in to My KVK to register a establishment (vestiging) Follow the steps and sign the form digitally. Or print it out, sign it, and send it by post to KVK.

Scroll down, click on ‘register office’, and follow the steps to fill in the form digitally.
Sign the form
There are 2 ways to sign the registration form: digitally and by post Â
Digital form
After you complete the digital form, you will see which documents to upload. Next, you can sign them by logging in with DigiD. Check the current processing times for reporting changes online.
You will receive confirmation at the business address.
Post
After you complete the digital form, you can print it out and sign it. Send the form with all requested documents KVK by post. Check the current processing times for reporting changes by post.
Do you want to register an establisment for a foundation or association without commercial activities? You can do this using form 8: Registration Company of a legal entity.Â
Additional proof of the visiting address
Is the visiting address different from your residential address? Then you must also provide proof that you are permitted to use this address for the establishment. This can be done with:
- a copy of the rental, purchase or lease agreement signed by both parties, or
- proof from the Land Registry Office, or
- if the address is also a residential address: a declaration of consent.

The change or deregistration is not correct
If the information you provide is not correct, we will contact you.
Changes or deregistration for a date in the future
Are you submitting a change or deregistration for a future date? Then you will only see it in the Business Register on that date. For the UBO register, you cannot submit changes with an effective date in the future.Â
Confirmation
After your change or deregistration has been processed in the Business Register and/or UBO register, you will receive confirmation by letter, or digitally via your Message account. Are you submitting the change or deregistration online? Then you will also receive confirmation by email.
