Sign the form

There are 2 ways to sign the registration form: digitally and by post  

Digital form

After you complete the digital form, you will see which documents to upload. Next, you can sign them by logging in with DigiD. Check the current processing times for reporting changes online.

You will receive confirmation at the business address.

Post

After you complete the digital form, you can print it out and sign it. Send the form with all requested documents KVK by post. Check the current processing times for reporting changes by post.

Do you want to register an establisment for a foundation or association without commercial activities? You can do this using form 8: Registration Company of a legal entity. 

Additional proof of the visiting address

Is the visiting address different from your residential address? Then you must also provide proof that you are permitted to use this address for the establishment. This can be done with:

• a copy of the rental, purchase or lease agreement signed by both parties, or
• proof from the Land Registry Office, or
• if the address is also a residential address: a declaration of consent.
