The Netherlands Chamber of Commerce KVK works with external partners to get to know entrepreneurs better through customer research. KVK uses the insights from the research to improve its provision of services. The researchers usually approach entrepreneurs by email, or sometimes also by telephone.

Cyber magazine SECURE IT! contains tips and information on how to secure your business online.
From time to time, researchers approach entrepreneurs to ask for their opinions about KVK. They use several email addresses for this.
From 10 September, we will be sending an email from the following email address: KVK@miles-research.com with the subject line: "Uitnodiging: Deel je mening en ervaringen over jouw ondernemerschap" (Invitation: Share your views and experiences of your entrepreneurship). We will send a reminder after about one week.
False emails, letters, phone calls and text messages regularly circulate from scammers pretending to be from KVK. This is called phishing. The email mentioned above really is from KVK. The email address is also listed under KVK’s safelist for email addresses.
