Municipality

It is a statutory task of municipalities to help people with debts. They can help you with advice and coaching in the field of business problems, financing, income support, ending your business, or retraining. They can also connect you to a budget coach.

Geldfit Zakelijk (in Dutch)

Geldfit Zakelijk helps entrepreneurs regain their grip on their company's financial situation. Through a free consultation or business analysis, you can see what you can do. For example, counselling, financing, legal advice, or a debt settlement.

Stichting 155 (in Dutch)Stichting 155 is a helpline for entrepreneurs who are experiencing difficulties. They provide advice
if your turnover is declining, you have debts, or your customers are not paying. The first consultation is free of charge. Online tools allow you to assess your business's financial situation yourself.
Over Rood (in Dutch)Over Rood is a voluntary organisation for entrepreneurs, by entrepreneurs. The foundation guides and supports entrepreneurs towards a financially healthy future. This includes coaching, workshops and training.

Help for entrepreneurs from coaches

The following organisations offer coaching for you and your company.

OrganisationType of assistance 
Entrepreneur soundboard (OKB)OKB guides you through a six-month process. Coaching applies to every phase of your company: from starting to business succession and from growth to reorganisation. You get a former entrepreneur or specialist from your own region as an adviser. When you start the process, OKB asks you for a €200 donation.
QreditsA Qredits coach will assist you with various aspects of your business, such as marketing, finance and strategy. If you already have a credit facility or loan with Qredits, the coaching is free of charge. Otherwise, it costs €200.
Nlgroeit (in Dutch)Nlgroeit helps companies that (want to) grow and develop. Nlgroeit links you to a mentor who fits your company and wishes. Together you map the guidance process. 

Talk about your problems

A crisis in your company affects you not only professionally, but also personally and emotionally. For mental or social support you can contact De Luisterlijn (Listening Line, in Dutch) or MIND helpline (in Dutch) for free and anonymously. Do not forget that you can also always contact your own doctor or municipality. And often you can turn to family, friends, fellow entrepreneurs or a sector association with your problems.
