You do not have to inform us of every change of address. However, sometimes this is necessary, for example if your visiting address changes. Below you can see which addresses you can change or add in My KVK.
The official address of your business or organisation, as registered in the Business Register.Â
The address where you receive your business mail, such as a post office box or an administrative office. You can add a postal address if you wish to keep your visiting address private.
Examples of a secondary establishment are a second location or a workshop.Â
Everyone who is registered in the Business Register can log in to My KVK. Changing or adding an address is free of charge.

Here is what you can expect:
If your visiting address changes, we will pass this on to the Netherlands Tax Administration. If your postal address changes, you must contact the Tax Administration .
We do not pass on a change of address to any other organisations.

If you cannot or do not want to use My KVK, for example because you do not have a DigiD, you can use form 14. You use this to report changes to us by post.
