- Our branch offices are usually quite busy, so be sure to plan your appointment well in advance.
- Your appointment will be confirmed via email.
- Fill in your telephone number using only numbers. Do not use any spaces, hyphens or dashes.
Frequently Asked Questions
You can only visit a KVK office if you make an appointment in advance. However, there are a lot of issues you can arrange online. So, please check first whether you actually need to make an appointment.
You have to make an appointment to:
- Register a new one-man business, professional partnership (maatschap), general partnership (vof) or limited partnership (cv).
- Register a foundation (stichting) or association (vereniging) that also runs a business or that has commercial activities.
- Register a newly appointed officer – such as a director, (professional) partner – or an authorized person. Please note: new officers of foundations (stichting), associations (vereniging) or associations of owners (VvE) without a business or commercial activities can be registered by ordinary post.
- Take over an existing enterprise.
- Change the legal form.
Please make the appointment in time. Our local offices may be very busy, you cannot always be sure to get an appointment within a week.
To come and visit one of our offices, you have to make an appointment. You can choose the office that is most convenient for you. It does not have to be the office in your region or place of residence.
The confirmation email you have received has a link. With the help of this link it is quite easy to cancel the appointment.
Do you want to change the appointment? In that case you first have to cancel the appointment you have already made. Then you can make a new appointment. Have you prepared your registration by logging in with your DigiD? Then log in again and change the appointment. You cannot find the confirmation email? It could very well be in your SPAM file or in the file of deleted email.
