Access to the Business Register

In the Business Register, you can look up businesses, request business information, and order Business Register products. You can order a KVK extract (paper or digital) directly via the KVK website. You pay with iDeal or credit card. Would you like to order another Business Register product? Then you need an access code.

Have you lost your access code or password?

You can retrieve your password (in Dutch) if you have lost it. This is only possible if you have set a personal question.

For security reasons, you cannot request your access code. In this case, apply for a new access code.

In your account, you can view your available credit, download ordered products, and change your settings.

Are you unable to order a product from the Business Register? If so, there may be maintenance taking place. This usually happens on working days between 21:00 and 08:00, or at weekends. We always post a notification on the website when this is the case.

Is there no notification on the website? Please contact the service centre.

Log in to your account with your access code. You can search the Business Register without logging in. If you want to order paid information, such as an extract, you must log in to your account.

You can request a new password online (in Dutch). After correctly answering your personal question, you will receive a new password by email within minutes.

By default, you must purchase credit. Would you prefer to set up a direct debit? Log in to your account and go to 'mijn betaalwijze'.

You get this error message when your user name is blocked. Please contact the Service Centre in this case.
