File your financial statements digitally with KVK. This is called Zelf Deponeren Jaarrekening portal.
What is the Zelf Deponeren Jaarrekening portal?
This is an online portal where the micro and small business classes can prepare and file their financial statements with KVK. For the medium and large business classes, you can upload financial statements to KVK that have been adopted.
How does it work?
You can file your financial statements yourself in several ways:
- Log in with email address and password. You must be authorised to file. Medium-sized and large organisations can only file by logging in with email address and password.Â
- Log in with an  token with at least security level 2 (EH2).
- Log in with an access code that is linked to the legal entity for which you are filing financial statements.
You can find more details in the Filing Financial Statements Yourself instructions (PDF).
Zelf Deponeren Jaarrekening for intermediaries
You can use the Zelf Deponeren Jaarrekening portal if you are an intermediary and file one or more financial statements each year. You file using email address and password or using eHerkenning. You always need  from your client. If you file financial statements for several BVs (private limited companies), it is also possible to link these to a single eHerkenning token (EID token). Your clients authorise you in writing or using their own eHerkenning token. If you submit large numbers of financial statements each year, filing will be easier and more efficient for you with financial software (SBR).
Personal information when filing
KVK requests the organisation responsible for filing to be cautious in including (special) personal information in the financial statements. This is because the financial statements can be viewed by anyone. Examples include a handwritten signature or photos of directors, employees, or customers. More information: What is personal
What happens after filing with the portal?
- You receive immediate confirmation by email with a PDF copy of your financial statements.
- Your financial statements are immediately visible, retrievable, and verifiable in the Business Register.
- Your financial statements will be available in a standardised universal format (XBRL). This only applies to the micro and small business classes if you prepare the financial statements yourself in the portal.
Check whether your filed financial statements have been received
Want to know whether your financial statements have been received by KVK? You can easily check yourself whether the filing has been processed.
