We have offices all over the Netherlands. Visit us to order an extract, register your business, or report a change. Check whether you need to make an appointment first.
Do you need an appointment?
Whether you need an appointment to visit depends on what you want to do, for example, register your business or order an extract.
Without an appointment
You do not need an appointment to:
- order an extract.
- get information or advice at the Ondernemersplein
With an appointment
You do need an appointment to:
- complete your registration.
- register an official or (managing) director (in some cases).
- continue or take over a business.

Our KVK offices
On work days, our offices are open from 8:30 to 17:00 hours.
Public holidays
We are closed on the following public holidays:
- New Year's Day (1 January)
- Easter Monday
- King's Day (27 April)
- Liberation Day (5 May)
- Ascension Day
- Whit Monday
- Christmas Day and Boxing Day (25 and 26 December)
Adjusted opening hours
If 5, 24, or 31 December falls on a working day, we will close at 4 p.m.
