Use KVK services to file your financial statements online and manage your settings. It also gives you access to the KVK Business Challenge.

Create an account

You need an account to be able to use KVK services. After registration, log in with your email address and password.

What can you do with KVK services?

File annual accounts

You can file annual accounts via Zelf Deponeren Jaarrekeningthe online service for filing your financial statements yourself (for micro and small companies). Or you can prepare and upload XBRL annual accounts (for medium-sized companies). You must be authorised for this. Arrange this authorisation first, if you do not yet have it. 

KVK Business Challenge

You can participate in the KVK Business Challenge via KVK services. Through the KVK Business Challenge you can help large companies solve challenges. You can also easily get in touch with innovation managers and possibly get the opportunity to sell your products and services.

Future developments

View company data

Currently you cannot yet view your company details via KVK services. The intention is for that to eventually be possible. Do you have a sole proprietorship? Then view your details via My eenmanszaak.

View orders

You can view your orders, re-download a previously placed order, or manage your balance for your toegangscode (access code) via your Business Register account.

Frequently asked questions

Go to www.kvk.nl/en/kvk-services/ and create an account. We ask for your first and last name so that we can address you in our communications. You will receive an email to confirm the activation of your account.

Have you not received a confirmation email? Check whether it ended up in your spam folder.

Request a new password here.

Try to create a new account with the email address you want to use. If that does not work, this means you probably already have an account with that email address. You can then use the forgotten password option to set a new password. 

  • Go to KVK services.
  • Log in with your email address and password.
  • From the top-right menu, choose ‘Settings’.
  • On the ‘Settings’ page, under 'account', choose ‘Delete login details’.
  • You must confirm your choice.
  • Enter your password again.
  • Click to confirm that you want to delete your account.

Your account has now been deleted. You no longer have access to KVK services.
