Viewing non-public data
KVK handles personal data with care. You may view public data. Non-public data is shielded.
Certain governmental bodies and organisations can request authorisation to view shielded data. Read more about viewing non-public data (in Dutch).

KVK Dataservice Registration
You will receive data about:
- the owner (legal entity, partnership, or sole proprietor)
- business
- principal place of business
- company officers
- limited details about the place of business. View the product information (in Dutch).
KVK Dataservice Place of business
You will receive data about:
- the owner (legal entity, partnership, or sole proprietor)
- specific place of business
- company officers of the place of business
- limited details about the principal place of business. View the product information (in Dutch).
Annual financial statement in XBRL or PDF (in case of non-digital filing)
You will receive data about:
- balance sheet
- explanatory notes

KVK UBO register extract
You will receive data about
- organisation (KVK number and name of the organisation)
- UBOs (personal details)

You will receive data in pdf-format about:
