A digital invoice replaces the traditional paper invoice. Receive your KVK invoices directly via email as a pdf or XML-file, or both. For extra security, all invoices are signed electronically. You receive one email per invoice.Apply for digital invoices

You need to provide some details before we can process your application. We will retain these details for as long as you receive digital invoices from us.
After submitting the online form, you will receive all invoices digitally via email within 2 weeks. If you order any products the week after submitting the form, you may still receive a paper invoice for these. Any questions or comments? Contact us via: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Change of email address
Has the email address where you want to receive the invoices changed? Report your new new email address using the button on this page. We will process the change within 2 weeks.
Please note: the email address on which you receive invoices may differ from the one with which you are registered in the Business Register. If you change the address in the Business Register, your invoice email address will not automatically change as well.Change digital invoice email address
