It is inconvenient that you cannot schedule an appointment anytime soon. It is currently busy at our locations.
Schedule an appointment and then change it if necessary
Our advice is to still make an appointment online. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to view or change your appointment.
Use this link to also check our website to see whether you can come earlier. For example, check in the morning of the day you would prefer to come to KVK. Extra appointment slots often become available, for example when someone cancels an appointment.
How you change your appointment depends on your appointment.
Change an appointment to register an an eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship), VOF (general partnership), CV (limited partnership), or maatschap (professional partnership)?
This is how you change a planned appointment:
- Go to My registrations
- Log in with DigiD (after logging in, the menu is only in Dutch)
- In the overview, click on Afspraak wijzigen (Change appointment)
Or use the link in your confirmation email to go to your appointment page. To change your appointment, click the button Je afspraak wijzigen. Log in with DigiD and click Afspraak wijzigen.

The appointment confirmation email contains a link that allows you to easily cancel your appointment.
Changing the KVK office
Are you changing the office of your appointment? Then you will receive an email with the cancellation of your old appointment.

Check if it is in your spam or deleted email folder.
