Schedule an appointment and then change it if necessary
Our advice is to still make an appointment by logging in with DigiD. You will receive a confirmation email with a link.
Use this link to keep checking our website to see whether you can come earlier. It sometimes happens that someone cancels an appointment. This cancellation is immediately visible in our appointment calendar. And we also often open extra desks in the morning, so there are more appointment possibilities on the day.
How you then change your appointment depends on the type of appointment you have.
Change an appointment to register an eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship) or vof (general partnership)?
This is how you change a planned appointment:
- Go to 'Mijn Inschrijvingen’ (in Dutch)
- Log in with DigiD
- In the overview, click on 'Afspraak wijzigen' (Change appointment)
Or use the link in your confirmation email to go to your appointment page and cancel the appointment.
All other types of appointment
The appointment confirmation email contains a link that allows you to easily cancel your appointment.
